Where are you located?  

We are located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York City but we often travel for our portrait sessions.  Sessions outside the 5 boroughs may require an additional travel fee.

What is your specialty?

We specialize in printed artworks of your dog in the form of wall decor, specialty products, and storybook albums that show the personality and tell the story of your beloved pet.

Can I purchase digital files from my session?

Yes!  In fact, for any printed product you order, you will receive a digital image of that photo for you to share on social media.  Digital images can be purchase on their own without a print package, but we encourage you to print your images as art to celebrate your pet in portraits.  

Can I do a session with multiple dogs?

Absolutely.  We’d love to photograph your whole pack!  Up to 3 dogs can be included in your session and there is an additional fee of $50 per dog for sessions with more than 3 pets.

Can I be in the photos as well?

YES!!!  We love to photograph the bonds between dogs and their people!  Please come prepared to jump in at least a few of the images with your pup. We’d love that.

Does my dog need to be well trained for the session? 

If possible, we love dogs to have at least a working knowledge of basic commands like sit and stay.  We are patient and will work with whatever level your dog is at.  We ask that the pup is on a leash for our initial greeting and if they are super high energy or reactive in any way that you let us know before the session.

How long will the session be?

We take a limited number of session appointments to make sure we have ample time for each.  Session duration will depend on the location and the behavior of the dog during the session.  Some dogs need a bit more time to relax, so are more easily distracted than others.  Typically Sessions take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half.

What should I expect from the pre-session consultation?

Every session comes with a deigns consultation, where we discuss your style and where you will be decorating in your home with your final portrait.  It is helpful to take a few photos of your spaces so we can discuss what sizes and finishes will look best in your home.  it will help us both plan for the viewing session.

How will I view and choose my portraits?

After your session, we will set a time for you to view your portraits virtually with us so that we are able to help you made the best decisions for the sale of your home.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do!  We are happy to put you on a monthly installment plan for your portrait purchase.  Your order will be processed as soon as your final payment is made for the order in full.
